Patriotic car rally from St. Petersburg to Belarus in memory of Victory

          St. Petersburg to Belarus car run dedicated to the 68th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War started in St. Petersburg. The route takes to the places of former battlefields. Among the event participants traveling under the flags of Belarus and Russia are young people and veterans, residents of Leningrad
          The program includes the flower ceremonies at war memorials, meeting with veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The main event will be the festivities in the Brest Fortress on 8-9 May.
The car run will last until 11 May. The participants of the meetings in Belarus will receive books on the history and culture of St. Petersburg published within the framework of the Fellow Country program by the St. Petersburg city administration.
