MP: EEU product quality control lab will help prevent ungrounded import bans

        The joint laboratory for product quality control of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) will help prevent ungrounded import bans, member of the Permanent Commission for Ecology Issues, Environment, and Chernobyl Catastrophe of the House of Representatives Leonid Apanasyuk told media.
       He emphasized that the farms were upgraded and fitted with new equipment and modern production lines some time ago. “All my life I have been working in the agricultural industry and have been involved in the production of foodstuffs as the head of a farm, chairman of a collective farm, and chairman of the committee on food and agriculture of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee. Belarusian products have always been known for their high quality. Russian customers never complained about Belarusian products and these products always flew off the shelves. Personally I buy only our products and persuade my relatives to do the same,” he noted.
