Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko talked to the presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan over the phone, the press service of the Belarusian leader reports.
The heads of state discussed mutual relations with Ukraine in view of Ukraine's signing of the agreement on association with the European Union. The presidents also discussed the overall situation in Ukraine and measures to normalize the state of affairs in the country.
