First Belarus-Russia regional forum in Minsk on 5-6 June

       The First Belarus-Russia regional forum takes place in Minsk to highlight efficient development of the agricultural sectors of the two countries as the pivotal condition for food security of the Union State. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko sent official greetings to the participants of the forum.
The event is chaired by Speaker of the Council of the Republic Anatoly Rubinov and Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko. Partaking in the event are delegations from 21 regions of the Russian Federation. A number of events of the forum will be held as part of the 24th international specialized expo Belagro 2014. The participants of the forum will get an opportunity to get familiar with the exposition featuring Belarus’ latest achievements in agro-industrial mechanical engineering, the advanced areas in crop science, cattle and poultry breeding, cutting-edge product processing, packaging and storage technologies, original innovative developments in the area of eco-friendly materials and waste-free technologies.
