About 4,000 theater goers attended the Swan Lake by the Belarusian National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater in Paris on 26 April, the Embassy of Belarus in France reports. Among those who attended the play were French MPs, representatives of the ministries of culture and foreign affairs, other government bodies, the Ambassadors of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, heads and diplomats of other diplomatic missions accredited in France, the French public and the Belarusian diaspora.
The play was shown as part of the Days of Belarusian Culture in France. The Bolshoi Theater of Belarus is in France on a tour from March to May. Plays will be shown in 25 cities of France.
