President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to President of Iran Hassan Rouhani as the country celebrates Persian New Year – Norooz, the presidential press service reports.

“I am convinced that joint efforts will help Belarus and Iran promote bilateral relations to a brand-new level which meets the potential of the two states,” the message of greetings reads.
