Belarus, Ecuador to consider lifting visa requirements

Belarus and Ecuador will consider lifting visa requirements for owners of regular passports. The idea was discussed during talks between President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Ecuador President Rafael Correa Delgado in Minsk. During the talks the sides agreed to complete formalizing and specifying promising avenues of cooperation without delay.
The same day BCCI hosted a presentation of business and investment opportunities of Belarus with participation of Ecuadorian businessmen. Ecuador might be interested in Belarusian machines and services, says BCCI deputy head Vladimir Ulakhovich:
“There are great opportunities for Belarus-made machinery on that market. Here we are talking, first and foremost, about leading Belarusian heavy engineering companies. Today Ecuador sets ambitious goals in development of its agricultural regions, infrastructure, and Belarus is in the position to offer its services and machines, as well as mining technologies. The companies working for Belarusian Belkali enterprise have already accumulated experience of delivering their services in South-East Asia countries, and this is something we can share.”
