Max Mirnyi and Horia Tecau are set to compete for a place in the quarterfinal against the Spanish duo David Marrero / Fernando Verdasco, who are seeded sixth. This is the last chance for Max Mirnyi and Horia Tecau to score much needed points in order to get into the top eight duos of the world which will be in action at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals due in London from 4 to 11 November. The Belarusian-Romanian duo are now 9th with 2,515 points.
