Belarus has well-developed infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses, BelTA learned from the press service of the Economy Ministry.
As of early August 2023, this infrastructure network includes 116 entities: 97 business promotion centers and 19 small business incubators. “In these centers, a fledgling entrepreneur can get advice, training and retraining services and recommendations on attracting qualified personnel, as well as order marketing research. Incubators, in turn, offer premises to open offices and production facilities, they can also help with finding partners, obtaining financial resources,” the Economy Ministry said.
