Belarus-Bangladesh business forum opened in Minsk.
Before the beginning of the forum, the PMs of the two countries visited the exhibition of achievements of Bangladesh in different spheres of activities. The delegation includes representatives of over 30 companies and multi-profile corporations. These are manufacturers of textile, yarn, medical goods, and manufacturers and processors of agricultural products. Almost 20% of the GDP of Bangladesh is taken by industrial production. According to the PM of Belarus, this is the sign of stable development of the state. The parties plan to multiply increase the mutually beneficial trade in the near future.
Within the framework of the business forum, the countries plan to sign agreements on mutual protection of investments and avoidance of double taxation. The parties will also consider visa issues and other projects.
