Azarenka moves to US Open round two

Belarus’ world number 20 Victoria Azarenka has progressed to the US Open round two, BelTA has learned.

In the opening round the Belarusian saw off Ukraine’s world number 146 Yulia Starodubtsewa, 3-6, 6-1, 6-1. Victoria Azarenka will next play world number 56 Clara Burel of France.
