Sri Lankan President to visit Belarus 25-28 August

            A visit of President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa to Belarus is scheduled for 25-28 August, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry reports.
The preparation of the visit was discussed by Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Valentin Rybakov and Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to Russia and Belarus Udayanga Weeratunga.
       “The Parties noted that the visit will give an impetus to the development of bilateral relations in the political, economic and investment fields,” the Foreign Ministry said.
