Foreign ministries of Belarus and Germany discuss bilateral and European agenda

      Belarus’ Deputy Foreign Minister Yelena Kupchina and Antje Leendertse, the Director for Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia  at the German Federal Foreign Office, discussed the issues on the bilateral and European agenda.
     "The meeting was a continuation of the dialogue between the foreign ministries of Belarus and Germany, which began during the visits of Yelena Kupchina to Berlin in October 2012 and April 2013,” the Belarusian Foreign Ministry said.
      Yelena Kupchina and Antje Leendertse agreed it was important to further deepen trade and economic and investment relations. The parties also expressed interest in the success of the Day of the Belarusian Economy in Berlin and the Day of German Economy in Minsk in October 2013, and expressed an interest to continue contacts between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
