Belarus and Azerbaijan signed an inter-agency cooperation program

Belarus and Azerbaijan signed an inter-agency cooperation program in the field of physical culture and sport at the meeting of the CIS council on physical culture and sport of the parties to the agreement on cooperation in this area held in Astana (Kazakhstan).

The program signed between the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of Belarus and the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sport of Azerbaijan will run until 2014. On behalf of Belarus the document was signed by First Deputy Minister of Sport and Tourism Alexander Gagiev, on behalf of Azerbaijan by Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport Ismayil Ismayilov.

According to the program, the two parties will exchange sports delegation, and bolster cooperation between scientific, medical and educational establishments of the two countries.
