Guidelines on the coordination of national industrial policies of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan were adopted in the Single Economic Space, Minister for Industry and Agribusiness of the Eurasian Economic Commission Sergei Sidorsky said at the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus.
The EEC has drawn up respective documents and took upon itself to work out a legal act. The Premiers of Belarus and Russia have signed it. The EEC has negotiated this issue with Kazakhstan, too.
This document entered into force on 31 May 2013. “We have adopted basic proposals that are acceptable for the national economies,” Sergei Sidorsky said. We have found 12 priority sectors where Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan’s interests coincide. These spheres will be in the center of industrial cooperation in the nearest future,” Sergei Sidorsky said.
