Strategy ready to guide Development Bank of Republic of Belarus till 2015

      A strategy to guide the development of OAO Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus till 2015 was discussed at a session of the DBRB Supervisory Board. The session was chaired by Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich.
      The strategy has been developed in tight coordination with the program for Belarus’ social and economic development in 2011-2015 and specifies the Bank’s development model for the next three years.
      DBRB Chairman of the Board Sergei Rumas said that the strategy reflects key recommendations of international experts, including the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, regarding the model for the correct establishment of the Development Bank. The Bank’s long-term mission is unchanged: assistance with the social and economic development of the country.
