Group of Libyan nationals arrives in Belarus for rehabilitation

          A group of Libyan citizens has come to Belarus from Libya to receive rehabilitation, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Andrei Savinykh told media. He emphasized that this is another testimony to the high level of healthcare services in Belarus. “The treatment is provided for humanitarian reasons on a commercial basis,” Andrei Savinykh said. He said that the arrival of the Libyan citizens in Belarus for rehabilitation is within cognizance of the Healthcare Ministry that interacts with the government of Libya.
Andrei Savinykh also noted that this kind of medical services is provided by a number of other countries that boast a well-developed healthcare system. For example, such programs are run by Czechia, Italy and Canada.
