Prime Minister of Belarus held a meeting to discuss socioeconomic development of Belarus in 2013

        Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich held a meeting to discuss socioeconomic development of Belarus in 2013.  Taking part in the meeting were chiefs of ministries, state committees, concerns, oblast executive committees and the Minsk City Hall.
         The Prime Minister underlined that all the targets for 2013 should be met. The task was given by the head of state. A special attention will be attached to export and foreign trade balance.
        Modernization is a number one priority. “Each company should draft and implement an efficient modernization plan. The Finance Ministry and the Economy Ministry were instructed to study the amount of financing and the sources of financing needed for the purpose. The matter is being closely monitored by the government. The major objective for 2013 is to buy as much equipment as possible to carry out modernization. This will allow speeding up renovation of production facilities of the country,” the press service informed.
