A document on the Eurasian Economic Union should be ready by mid 2014. The relevant agreement was made between the Presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia in the Moscow summit. Commenting on the results of the Moscow meetings, the President of Belarus stated that the heads of state had agreed on the Eurasian Economic Union development stages.
The governments should work together with specialists from every member state “to see how the future economic union will develop and define the most promising areas of cooperation”. This work should be done by mid 2013.
The Presidents agreed on holding meetings at least three times a year.
