Belarus, Russia to agree on access terms to construction services market in April

        Procedural matters regarding the development of the single market for construction services of Belarus and Russia will be resolved in early April, Belarus’ First Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction Alexander Kruchanov said at the opening of the Stroiexpo 2015.
       "Our working group has just returned from Moscow. Together with their Russian colleagues they defined the approaches to the types of works, certification. Today we are working on the document on the recognition of market access permits which our ministers will sign in late March-early April,” said Alexander Kruchanov. Thus, the procedural issues of the single market for construction services of Belarus and Russia will be settled.
"Our companies registered in Belarus will be granted access to the Russian market on our permits. Similarly, Russian companies will be granted access to the Belarusian market on those documents issued by their self-regulating organizations,” said the deputy minister. He noted that Kazakhstan has requested the transition period up to 2025.
