Belarusian ballet company to tour France, Belgium

     The ballet company of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of Belarus will show the pearls of the ballet classics in France and Belgium, the Belarusian Opera and Ballet Theater reports. The Belarusian ballet company will show the best performances from its classical repertoire Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty by Pyotr Tchaikovsky. All in all, the company will give 38 performances in the biggest French and Belgian cities including Bordeaux, Brest, Limoges, Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Nice, Toulouse, Grenoble, Strasbourg, Antwerp, and others. In Paris the ballet company of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater will perform at the Palais des Congres.
      The main parts will be danced by People’s Artist of Belarus Olga Gaiko, Honored Artists of Belarus Marina Vezhnovets and Oleg Yeromkin, winners of international contests and holders of medals of Francysk Skaryna Lyudmila Khitrova, Konstantin Geronik, Yuri Kovalev, and others.
