Contact group on Ukraine receives the document developed by the Normandy 4 leaders

The contact group on Ukraine has received a document developed by the Normandy 4 leaders. The document is to be discussed and signed by the contact group, a source close to the talks told RIA Novosti. 

The Normandy 4 leaders have been in talks for over 13 hours in Minsk. Initially President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko, France President Francois Hollande, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel met for private negotiations on 11 February. About two hours later the four heads of state came out for a joint photo session. After that, the heads of state went for expanded-participation talks. Later on the heads of state resumed negotiations with restricted participation.
