Azarenka one point up in WTA rankings

Belarus number one Victoria Azarenka went one point up in the WTA rankings, BelTA has learnt.

At the renewed WTA rating list the Belarusian goes 31st with a total of 1,492 points. The Belarusian tennis player decided to complete her performance this season ahead of time in order to fully restore from injuries. The WTA top ten has seen just one change, with Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia replacing Na Li of China at the tenth position.

Belarus’ Alexandra Sasnovich goes 147th, with Olga Govortsova is currently at the 151st position. 

Vladimir Ignatik holds the highest position (193rd) among Belarusian tennis players in the ATP Rankings.
