The goal of the International Festival of Arts Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk is to promote a creative dialogue between the states, reads the welcome address of Ukraine’s President Viktor Yanukovych to the guests and participants of the forum.

I am grateful to all who were involved in the organization of this reputable arts forum which mission is to promote a creative dialogue between the states.
