In the near future Belarus and Venezuela will work out a new roadmap for advancing the bilateral relations. The statement was made by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko after negotiations with Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro.
“You and I have made the main decision that we should accelerate the dynamics of the relations, should revise all the problems and questions that exist and existed in the past, and should come up with a new roadmap to advance the relations as a result of the revision,” said the head of state.
In turn, Nicolas Maduro remarked that the further development of the relations is beneficial for both countries.
“We agreed that on 4 August at the latest the Belarusian-Venezuelan commission will sit in Minsk to work out concrete proposals regarding the roadmap and then the proposals will be submitted for consideration of the presidents of Belarus and Venezuela.
We have confirmed brotherly relations between Belarus and Venezuela. The implementing of joint projects in industrial manufacturing and in the oil and gas industry is important for both Belarus and Venezuela”, said the Venezuelan President.
