        The financial advisor has been chosen to find strategic investors for the Belarusian companies OAO Medplast and OAO Belgazstroy, representatives of the National Agency of Investment and Privatization of Belarus said.
        The financial advisor is a consortium of companies that includes Mattig Management Partners GesmbH (Austria), ZAO Alfa-Bank (Belarus), and OOO Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners (Belarus). The Belarusian Economy Ministry, the National Agency of Investment and Privatization and the consortium have signed a contract for the service of finding strategic partners for OAO Medplast and OAO Belgazstroy.
In line with the contract the financial advisor will carry out a thorough financial, operational, and legal analysis of the operation of the companies, an analysis of investment risks, will provide an independent evaluation of the cost of shares in line with international and national standards. At last the advisor will have to put together a strategy to attract investors and will carry out a marketing campaign.
