Alexei Aleksandrov from Belarus won the 11th Parsvnath International Chess Tournament in Delhi

        Alexei Aleksandrov from Belarus won the 11th Parsvnath International Chess Tournament in Delhi, India, we learnt from the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of India.
According to the embassy, well-known Belarusian chess player Alexei Aleksandrov tied with Grand Master Henrik Teske in the tenth and final rounds. The Belarusian Grand Master scored 8 out of 10 points.
Alexei Aleksandrov will travel to the Indian city Chennai to take part in the 5th International Open Chess Tournament that is underway until 23 January.
