"This year we will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the rebirth of dioceses of the Roman-Catholic Church in Belarus. The main festive events will be held in Budslav on July 1 and 2. For many decades the Belarusian Catholics were deprived of pastors. St John Paul II revived the organizations on 13 April 1991. He set up the Minsk-Mogilev Metropole. Then it comprised the Minsk-Mogilev Archidiocese, the Grodno and Pinsk Dioceses. There are four dioceses and eight bishops in Belarus. We want to thank the Lord for 25th anniversary of the rebirth of dioceses of the Roman-Catholic Church in Belarus. I also want to congratulate all the listeners of Radio “Belarus” on the sacred holiday of Easter and wish them to rise above their sins and prejudices and become better persons. Once again, dear brothers and sisters, happy Easter!"
