Days of Belarusian Culture open in Beijing

      Belarusian book are presented at the 32nd India International Trade Fair in New Delhi. Belarus is a partner country of this prestigious trade forum. The national exposition brings together more than 60 national companies.
       "Books of the Republic of Belarus" booth showcases the best editions from the leading publishers - "Belarus", "Belarusian Encyclopedia im. P.Brovki", "Higher School", "Mastatskaya Litaratura", "Narodnaya Asveta", "Literature and Art". The exhibition includes presentation of a pilot Belarusian-Indian publishing project, a children's book "Christmas Tales" in English, published with the assistance of the Indian Embassy in Belarus and personal contribution of Ambassador Manoj Kumar Bharti.
      During the trade fair, the parties reached an agreement on equal participation in book fairs - XX Minsk International Book Fair, to be held February 6-10, 2013, and the International Book Fair in New Delhi (February 4-10, 2013) . The Indian side also expressed willingness to publish a book about Belarus in a series of publications about the nations of the world.
