Lukashenko: Uncontrolled movement of weapons through Ukraine is potential threat to all

The uncontrolled movement of weapons through Ukraine should be seen as a potential threat to the entire world, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council in Minsk on 23 November, BelTA has learned.

"Regional conflicts, where the latest weapons systems are used, can spill into other countries at any time. It is no secret that the weapons supplied to Kiev find their way to the black market. Western politicians seem to be un concerned about this. Meanwhile we consider the uncontrolled movement of weapons and hardware as a potential threat to security not only for our region, but also for all countries of the world. Especially now, when the conflict has escalated in the Middle East," Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
