Belarusian products have preserved quality as their key advantage.

          The opinion was voiced by Tatiana Guseva, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ryazan Oblast, Russia, at the meeting of representatives of Belarusian and Ryazan business circles. The meeting took place as part of the working trip of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko. “Prices for Belarusian products used to be lower than those for similar Ryazan products in the past,” said Tatiana Guseva. “Now the prices are at the same level but Belarusian products continue winning customers thanks to solid quality”.
         Tatiana Guseva drew attention to the quality of Belarusian food and light industry products. “We have things to learn from Belarusians, including in marketing,” said the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “Our businessmen regularly visit Belarus. It may look like we commute to work in Belarus”.
          Yet the official mentioned one of the problems, which, she believes, slow down the mutual trade growth. “We cannot get products from Belarusian enterprises without paying in advance. We are ready to take more products but the prepayment system precludes it,” she said.
