Countries that would like to join the Single Economic Space (SES) and in the future the Eurasian Economic Union should join all the agreements and treaties of the Troika, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said as he met with heads of delegations taking part in the CIS Heads of Government Council meeting. The President made this statement commenting on the results of the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council that was recently held in Astana. Alexander Lukashenko said that Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan showed their willingness to get an observer status at the future Eurasian Union. “We will invite the heads of state, government, and other representatives of these countries to attend all sessions, meetings, formal or informal summits to discuss matters related to the Single Economic Space,” the Belarusian head of state explained.
