The Eurasian Economic Commission and the Permanent Committee of the Union State recognize the high level of integration of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in the Customs Union. The information was released by the press service of the Commission after a meeting of Minister for Industry and Agribusiness of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mr Sergei Sidorsky with State Secretary of the Union State Mr Grigory Rapota in Moscow. “The sides pointed out the high level of the G2 integration in the G3 and sketched out approaches to interstate programs, in particular, the implementation of major integration projects in the production sector and agriculture, as well as the enabling of conditions to bolster export to third countries,” reads the press release. At the meeting the interaction of the Permanent Committee of the Union State with the Eurasian Economic Commission in matters of the industrial and agricultural policy was discussed as well as the expansion of interstate programs for the development of the manufacturing sectors of the countries.
