Belarus expresses its sincere condolences to all the victims, the families and friends who have lost their loved ones in the devastating floods in Spain, BelTA learned from the press service of Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"Belarus expresses its deepest condolences to all the victims, the relatives and friends of those who died as a result of the devastating floods in Valencia, Spain and surrounding areas. Our hearts go out to the people of Spain in this difficult time," the ministry emphasized.
