Belarus-Germany academic ties growing stronger

         Joint training programs between Germany and Belarus have been progressing very nicely, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Belarus Wolfram Maas told reporters. The German diplomat is on a visit to Gomel region. The diplomat said he was impressed by the knowledge of the German language by Belarusian schoolchildren. While in Gomel the ambassador visited a secondary school where he handed over German language certificates to students. 
       The ambassador also met with Gomel region Governor Vladimir Dvornik to discuss humanitarian contacts
