Belarus FM meets with Lithuanian civil society representatives

Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with representatives of the Lithuanian civil society on 18 January, BelTA has learned.

“As soon as I learned about this idea, the idea of representatives of the Lithuanian civil society to visit Belarus in this difficult, turbulent time, I immediately supported it. The Belarusian head of state was informed about it and he, too, expressed complete support for it, saying that we should meet, talk, engage in dialogue,” Vladimir Makei said.
