Belarus, Latvia to discuss foreign policy analysis, planning

         Consultations between the Belarusian Foreign Ministry and the Latvian Foreign Ministry take place in Minsk. The sides discuss matters relating to foreign policy analysis and planning.
The Belarusian delegation is led by Head of the Foreign Policy Analysis Office Vladimir Skvortsov while the Latvian - by Juris Poikans, Ambassador At Large, Head of the Planning Group.
The sides share views on a large number of matters, including relations with neighboring countries, topical aspects of the European Union development, the Eastern Partnership, interaction with the world’s leading powers.
       It is the first time the bilateral consultations between the heads of the analysis divisions of the Belarusian and Latvian foreign ministries take place.
