Brest to host January Soirees international festival

      The 35th international classical music festival January Soirees will be held in Brest on 8-12 January, Director of the music forum, Chairperson of the regional public association Brest Music Society Lilia Batyreva told a press conference.
      Invitations to take part in the anniversary music forum were sent to musicians and singers from 25 countries, including the United States, China and Japan. More than 700 musicians and performers, including 60 soloists, are expected to participate in the forum. Representatives of Denmark, Sweden and Jamaica will perform on stage of the Brest Academic Drama and Music Theater for the first time.
The festival is organized by the Brest Oblast Executive Committee, Brest City Hall, the Belarusian Union of Music Artists, and the Brest Music Society.
