         Belarus is an open and reliable partner with a predictable military policy, Belarusian Defense Minister Andrei Ravkov said as he met with military attaches accredited to Belarus, the press service of the Belarusian Defense Ministry reported. A reception for military attaches was held on behalf of the Belarusian Defense Minister to mark Defender of the Fatherland Day and Armed Forces Day. In his welcoming speech, Andrei Ravkov emphasized that Belarus has never been a threat to any other nation, and has never had any territorial claims.
