Nikolai Luzgin: The Belarusian banking system is regaining capital after the crisis rather fast

      Nikolai Luzgin reminded that the standard capital for banks had been raised to €25 million. The norm applies to new banks and to the existing ones. So now it is necessary to considerably increase the level that was registered prior to 2011, he remarked.
