The Central Election Committee of Belarus is ready to continue its cooperation with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights at the level of experts, CEC Secretary Nikolai Lozovik said at a meeting of the interdepartmental working group of experts to review the OSCE ODIHR recommendations to improve the election process in the Republic of Belarus, BelTA reports.
“Meetings can take place either in Warsaw or in Minsk,” said the CEC Secretary. This will be easier now as sanctions against the CEC members and a number of other Belarusian civil servants were lifted recently.
