President of Belarus assigns a major role to the development of political and economic contacts with the Russian regions

       President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko assigns a major role to the development of political and economic contacts with the Russian regions in the framework of strengthening cooperation between Belarus and Russia. 
       At a meeting with the governor of the Rostov region of Russia Vasily Golubev, the President stated that for Belarus this Russian region is one of the major trading partners in southern Russia. The President also believes it necessary to start working on joint economic integration projects and programs.
