In the near future the governor of the Leningrad region of Russia will pay an official visit to Belarus.

       Belarusians living in the region are taking an active part in its preparation. Now the region is hosting decades of Belarus-Russia friendship.
       President of Saint Petersburg foundation “Belye Rosy”, Irina Rogova, says:
The decade was held in the town of Sosnovy Bor. I’d like to say that recently with our assictance Sosnovy Bor and Ostrovets have signed an agreement on twin-town relations.
       Now the decade of friendship is being held in Vsevolozhsk. We’ve signed an agreement on cooperation with a Belarusian district center Vileyka. We are expecting a music collective, a concert and exhibition. At the round table we are going to discuss expanding our ties between the republic of Belarus, Leningrad region and Saint Petersburg.
