In October, the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of the Republic of Belarus is on tour around Russia, France and other countries

        In October, the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of the Republic of Belarus is on tour around Russia, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. From 12 to 16 October, the ballet company was on tour around France. Belarusian artists performed the enchanting story of Tchaikovsky’s Sleeping Beauty, “the jewel” of the classical repertoire ballet. The company performed in Touraine, and in Paris. In the French capital, artists performed twice on stage of the Palais des congres de Paris.
      On 9 October, the company went on tour around the Netherlands and Belgium. In Rotterdam and Ijmuiden, Hasselt, Bergen op Zoom and Venlo the company will perform The Troubadour by Giuseppe Verdi. All in all, the company will show 13 performances. The tour involves leading artists of the Bolshoi Theater.
       In addition, on 16 October the soloists of the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus successfully performed at the Bolshoi Theater of Russia. Moscow hosted the Belarusian-Russian meetings, which included a roundtable with the participation of writers and journalists, and the joint concert of the young opera singers of the two theaters.
