Belarusian foreign minister, Syrian ambassador discuss Belarus-Syria cooperation

      Ways to bolster Belarusian-Syrian cooperation in various fields were discussed in Minsk, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry reports.
      These matters were discussed during the meeting of Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Syria to Belarus Bassam Abdel Majeed. The sides focused on invigorating Belarusian-Syrian cooperation in all areas, including economic interaction and expansion of the legal base of the bilateral relations. Close attention was paid to prospects of the resolution of the domestic situation in Syria.
