Twenty-four items on agenda of CIS ministerial meeting in Minsk

        Minsk hosts the meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers. The agenda includes 24 items, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry reported. Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei presides over the meeting.
      The participants discuss the draft address of the heads of the CIS states to the peoples of the CIS countries and international community in connection with the 70th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War and review the status of implementation of the action plan to implement the CIS development concept.
     A large block of issues is dedicated to humanitarian cooperation. Considerable attention is paid to security issues in the CIS, including illegal migration,  trafficking in human beings, and border security.
