Over 6,000 people stood up to welcome People’s Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina who gave a solo concert at the Summer Amphitheater in Vitebsk. Larisa Dolina was accompanied by the National Academic Concert Orchestra of Belarus led by Mikhail Finberg.
That was a totally diverse concert. Larisa Dolina performed songs of Charles Aznavour, Mireille Mathieu, Celine Dion, pieces from Cabaret and Cats musicals and her own songs. Each song was welcomed by applause that converged into a consonance.
The public also liked the way the singer was dressed. Larisa Dolina wore three different dresses during the concert.
The singer was stately and dignified. Her performance was extraordinarily emotional. Being chair of the international pop song contest Vitebsk Oblast 2013 she appreciates charisma and ability of a singer to get through to the audience.
By the way, the concert program presented by Larisa Dolina in Vitebsk is exclusive. This program will never be performed again.
