Belagro 2013 expo kicks off in Minsk

       An international specialized expo Belagro 2013 has opened in Minsk.  Among its participants are over 400 companies from 18 countries.
       A special exposition of the achievements of the national agrarians is organized by the Agriculture and Food Ministry. The latest developments will be put on show by scientific practical centers on agricultural mechanization, farming, food, potato and fruit growing under the National Academy of Sciences.
This year the expo will be extended by the 1st international specialized exposition Belferma. The expo will feature the recent developments in cattle breeding.
The forum will also comprises a contest of plowmen and a competition “Flavor Champion”, a demonstration of agricultural equipment, the Minsk Oblast open clearing obstacles championship, master classes in sheepshearing and other events. 
       Belagro is one of Belarus’ largest agricultural exhibitions.
