Belarusian TV product has very good prospects in the Russian market, Dmitry Shedko says

The Belarusian TV product has very good prospects in the Russian market, Deputy Information Minister of Belarus Mr Dmitry Shedko told reporters as he commented on the participation of the Belarus 24 TV Channel in the international TV and telecom exhibition CSTB’2013 which opened in Moscow.
“The Belarusian TV product is less commercialized in comparison with other products. Therefore, it is a new and original product. I am convinced that Belarus 24 will be a success in Russia,” Dmitry Shedko said. In his words, hardly had the TV channel been launched in a new format as it took part in the large-scale international forum.
The Belarus 24 TV Channel went on air on 1 January 2013 following a rebranding of the TV channel Belarus TV. “Belarus TV was the TV channel which featured all the best programs of the Belarusian TV makers. Belarus 24 will have much more products of its own. This is the main difference,” Mr Gennady Davydko, Chairman of the National State Teleradiocompany of Belarus, said.
