Belarus to help with oilfield exploration in Sudan

 
      Belarus will help Sudan prospect for oil. The Sudanese side expressed the relevant interest during the Belarusian-Sudanese forum in Minsk.

According to Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Myatlikov, for now the choice of Belarusian products, which are exported to Sudan, is limited.

“The exports are primarily agricultural machines, tires, and optical products. Apart from trade Sudanese partners are interested in geological exploration primarily for the sake of oil extraction and in cooperation in the area of agricultural mechanical engineering. Belarusian companies — state-run and private ones alike — are also ready for cooperation. The promising avenues of cooperation include light industry and pharmaceutical industry”.
